Refunds

3. Wigs that have been altered, styled, cut, washed, or show signs of wear cannot be returned.
4. Clearance, final sale, or custom-made wigs are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Return Process

2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for shipping the wig back to us.
3. Pack the wig securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
4. Ship the wig using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
